About Juro Construction
Robert Derksen
Robert’s been around the building game his whole life. He still remembers plastering houses with his old man back in Dandenong, Victoria—scraping trowels clean as a kid and learning the ropes the old-school way. That early start gave him a solid foundation in the value of hard work, quality finishes, and doing the job right the first time.
Justin Derksen
Justin came into the trade a bit later, kicking off his apprenticeship at the age of 24. As a mature-aged apprentice, he brought grit, focus, and a serious passion for the craft. It didn’t take long for people to notice—Justin went on to win a National Training Award at the Australian Training Awards, multiple State Training Awards, a Telstra Business Award, and was named an Employer of Choice for his commitment to training and supporting young workers.
